The client brought us in to solve the problem. The previous plans had failed to consider the foundations within the existing building and had assumed shallow dimensions for the stairwells. Using analytical methods, we determined the dependencies related to the existing buildings. We then completely redesigned the project and the entire plan to address these constraints. The new building was precisely fitted between the existing structures. -
